Fijn weekend allemaal!

The Recipe
1½ cup oats
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
½ tbsp. black sesame powder
½ cup bran
¼ cup cooked quinnoa
½ cup honey
5 tbsp. oil
OPTIONAL: cinnamon powder, cacao, coconut

Filling & topping
100 gr cream cheese
½ cup plain yogurt
1 tbsp. honey
any fruit of desire

A little bit heartbroken about broken corners. Remember the crust is delicate!

The Steps
1. Preheat oven to 160C degrees and grease a tart tin with butter/oil.
2. Mix all crust ingredients in a bowl until everything is well combined and sticky.
3. Press the granola mixture in the tart tin with the back of a spoon cautiously.
4. Bake the granola tart for about 20 min in the oven. When it`s baked immediately remove the tart with full caution (it`s quite delicate) from the tart tin. Let it cool down completely.
5. Meanwhile prepare the filling by just combining the cream cheese, honey and yogurt together and slice the fruit into bite sizes.
6. Fill the tart with the prepared filling and top it off with rich fruit.
