HOTSPOT: Café Mbriki

At last, Café Mbriki.
I’ve picked this café out
because it was a Greek themed café (even though we didn’t order anything Greek),
vegan friendly, homemade and because they serve jacket potatoes one of my
priorities foods that needed to be in my belly while being in the
Instead we had a sweet brunch
at Café Mbriki.
Their menu is quite versatile
in savoury and sweets with lots of choices in sandwiches, beverages, special
platters and sweet pastries.
We entered the café and one
of the staff gave us a warm welcome smile and greet and me and my friend W. picked
a table and seat.
The café was not busy and
there was only 1 table occupied by 2 ladies.
I really wanted to order a
lot of the menu but since I had to save my belly space for fish and chips

In plaats daarvan hadden we
een zoete brunch bij Café Mbriki.
Hun menu is heel veelzijdig

1 almond cake & creamy coconut please!
Their 'creamy coconut' drink which is a hot white chocolate coconut drink and made me skip my caffeine that morning. And it was worth it. Especially if you like coconut, this drink is something you might want to try out!
The almond cake looked dry but was surprisingly moist and flavorsome. I did wished it warmed up in the oven
a bit because it was cold piece of cake.
