Project: Chocolate Pancakes
EN
As promised: fluffy
chocolate pancakes! When it comes to bakery and pastry, having ingredients measured well is unbelievable important, unlike cooking a dinner for example,
where I can play freely with seasonings and ingredients.
But pancakes are quite an
exception. I can eyeball my ingredients for pancakes, without going through a
hardcore measuring. But of course, always with the basic stuff like flour
(duh), egg and milk.
And if you feel like to be healthy, you go add oat. And if
you crave for chocolate, go add chocolate! Hurray for versatile pancakes!
(my my, what a compliments about my study space! I like it very much as well c:) |

chocola toe bijvoorbeeld c:

Da Recipe: ⅓ cup plain flour, 150 ml cream, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp. cacao powder, 35 gr. melted dark chocolate, 1 tsp. baking powder, pinch of salt, 1 tbsp. sweetened condensed milk, ¼ cup oatmeal, natural vegetable oil
I don't know about you, but I love when this happens.
- Melt chocolate with microwave or over a pan of boiling water (I prefer the last method, I always burn my chocolates in the microwave..)
- Mix everything in a bowl with a balloon whisk until smooth.
- Heat pan with oil on low - medium heat. Scoop a batch on a pan and bake for about 2-3 minutes on both sides
- Serve with your favorite syrup, butter, fruit, icing sugar, cream and sauces!
Good luck!
