DIY: A Radish
EN
A fresh new DIY for you guys
and it’s all about the radish! A radish is a white with green leafs vegetable
and something that I love to eat!
It’s my dads favourite vegetable
as well!
I am making these fluffy
radishes for someone as a gift and I thought it would be nice to share this
really easy DIY with you guys! Scroll down for the actual steps c:
Do you like to eat radish?

You need: white and green cotton/acrylic yarn, hook size 3 mm., scissor, stuffing
Start with making leafs!
A brown yarn between to mark down the beginning and end of a row c:
NL: lijkt op een kroepoek :')
I stuffed it with leftover yarn...
Da steps:
the leaf
- R1: chain 9 (I have made difference sizes so you can chain 5 or chain 10+).
- R2: double single crochet in the first stitch. Single crochet the rest of the row, slip stitch the last stitch. Leave a long tail and cut it off.
the radish body
- R1: Magic loop with 6 single crochet
- R2: increase single crochet in each stitch, all the way around
- R3: increase single crochet, single crochet in the next stitch, repeat all they way around.
- R4: increase single crochet, single crochet in the next 2 stitches, repeat all the way around.
- R5: increase single crochet, single crochet in the next 3 stitches, repeat all the way around.
- R6 till R10: single crochet all the way around.
- R11: single crochet in the next 3 stitches, decrease single crochet in the next stitch, repeat all the way around.
- R12 + R13: single crochet all the way around.
- R14: single crochet in the next 2 stitches, decrease single crochet in the next stitch, repeat all the way around.
- R15 + R16: single crochet all the way around.
- R17: single crochet in the next stitch, decrease single crochet in the next stitch, repeat all the way around.
- R18 + R19: single crochet all the way around.
- R20: decrease single crochet all the way around, slipstitch the last stitch, fasten en leave a long tail.
Good luck!
