It's ok to love someone and not say the words. Actions speaks louder

Have you seen my first attempt souffle yet on my Instagram? The chocolate soufflé tasted wonderful yet it collapsed after I took it out of the oven. Sigh. Therefore no recipe this time until I master this soufflé making! And I don’t want to give people a fail first try either....
All I can share with you is an inspired sweet Valentine themed with icing sugar and baking paper. If you are planning baking something for your Valentine.

I've made dark chocolate version and the white chocolate version. My family including myself liked the dark one better!

  9. Collapsed or not, I'd happily eat them all. And how clever to include a tab on the paper heart to pull it off! Hope you get your perfect souffle soon!

  26. Hahh sorry to hear that your souffles did not turn out as you'd hoped. They're really difficult to make. You definitely need really good eggs & the right temperature. It's really a science more than an art sometimes haha. Love the powdered sugar hearts though!
