My humid, rejoicing, foodie days in HK 3
EN
Oh HK, you cannot break me! I
have enjoyed every single day with you. Even I come here since I was 5, it
gives me loads of joy everytime I put my foot down on HK. Of course, always
start the day with the most important meal of the day: breakfast!
One of my missions in HK:
the McDonalds delivery line. Never done that before and it got me excited
like a kid. I mean, McDonalds food landing on top of your doormat, how
awesome is that! And you’ll also get the (limited edition) stuffed Hello
Kitty as well c:
After breakfast we went
strolling the mall, then we went to see grandma, have lunch with grandma, the
mall again and before we know it the day was dark already.

Geef me een H, geef me een K: HONG KONG! Ik kom hier
al vanaf m’n 5e maar iedere keer dat ik mijn voet neerzet op deze 'geurige haven', (zelfs na 10 uur in het vliegtuig) word ik overladen met vreugde.
I love HK!

Nom nom nom, eating a 'silk' banana.
I don't know if I should love it or hate it. I find it cute and I find it somewhat disturbing as well.
A try-out at Mark & Spencer, nice lemonade!
This ice cream was made with crushed frozen fruit (I chose lychee and blueberries) with milk! Very yum!
I just love these plates as interior design!
Why not play with your food.
Fried red rice // chicken feet - 凤爪 // har gao 蝦餃 - at Tastefull Kitchen restaurant.
Back at home, dinner by my lovely auntie! My day consist of food it seems.
Ah I have never been to anywhere in Asia. It would be so cool to get there some day. Haha love the naked babies : O I have been to London and Berlin but have not traveled out of the country in over a decade but I will again one soon.

ReplyDeleteI miss HK so much!! I have to say that the chicken feet you photographed is my favourite - abalone sauce fung jow. Yay! I wish they made that here. Lovely photos - I can't wait to go back next Summer.
ReplyDeletei literally cracked when i saw how you gif-ed the food you played. (excuse me if i'm wrong about gif-ing it)
ReplyDeleteit's so pillow marshmallow like! haha so wobbly like a fat jelly~
though i'm not a junk food person, whenever i go to hk, i always feel the need to buy their mcdo's mcflurry! there's something different about their mcflurry that makes it super good for my taste... ah, should have tried the delivery thing for hello kitty. bummer. =___=;;
haha i thought the sonny angels are sorta creepy too!
people nowadays seem to have a knack in collecting them. believe it or not, i bought 2 not because i join their "omg it's so cute i wanna have it" bandwagon but because i think they're creepy naked babies! instead of calling them sonny ~angels~ i call them creepy naked babies.
i bought them for their creepiness =_=;;
p.s: haha i always talk too much :P excuse moi
