Food In Process: ricotta orange cupcakes
I've decided to make a
new kind of post called 'Food In Process'.
A post where I show how I turn ingredients
into a (hopefully) yummy dish, since I'm finding
myself more in the kitchen lately.
Especially since dad left the house
for a week, I'm taking over his cooking tasks.
Thanks for the encouraging for making
sushi, that I've announced on the last
post haha.
Me and my makisu mats are ready c:
Anyway, back to my main topic
of this brand new F.I.P.
I've managed to make a batch of ricotta
orange cupcakes.
The original recipe was lemon, but
since I don't have lemon at that time,
and the ricotta was about to expire, I
replaced it with orange.
Very creamy and
refreshing! Recipe can be adapted at:

i would like to try make those someday :p
