Just wishing you all once more

EN And then the Christmas blues kicked in. They say time flies when you are having fun and that certainly was with this years Christmas and Christmas is almost officially over. So yeah – I am having a slight emo moment with myself whilst eating the overload food and snacks. But my festive days were by far good (because of the food) and also a bit stressful than my other past x-mas years because I was in charge of the dessert(s) + vegan dishes as we had a grill/hot plate dining yesterday. More of that soon! My festive days were merry as well because of the message and wishes I have received so far from my nearest and dearest including the ones from my readers and that’s extra heart-warming! I didn’t ask for presents, in fact I never ask for presents. Since my birthday and Christmas are pretty much in the same week all the presents in my younger years were basically counted as both celebration days. And now that I work with an income I don’t even bother. Also thanks for your sweet comments about my job as well! And for the rest, I wish you a nice Christmas ending and a great boxing day!

NL En opeens wordt ik opgeschrikt door een gedachte dat Kerst alweer officieel voorbij is. Ze zeggen dat de tijd vliegt als je het leuk en gezellig heb en de tijd was zeker gevlogen met Kerst. Altijd al en daarom is mijn kerstgevoel gemengd van blijheid en beetje ‘emo’ die gelukkig weg te werken is met al het eten om me heen. Mijn feestdagen waren veruit goed (eten is altijd goed) en ook een beetje stressvol dan mijn andere jaren, want ik had de leiding over het dessert(s) + veganistisch gerechten want we hadden lekker gegourmet en gegrild. Meer van dat binnenkort! Daarnaast heb ik lieve boodschappen en wensen ontvangen van mijn liefste mensen - inclusief die van mijn lezers en dat is natuurlijk extra leuk! Ik heb niet gevraagd voor cadeautjes, in feite heb ik nooit voor cadeautjes gevraagd. Mijn verjaardag en Kerstmis vinden zowat in dezelfde week plaats en alle cadeautjes in mijn jongere jaren golden in principe voor beide deze vieringen. En nu ik werk en inkomen heb vind ik het overbodig en bovendien is Kerst meer dan alleen cadeautjes. Bedankt voor jullie fijne reacties trouwens! Verder wil ik jullie een fijne afsluiting wensen met de gewenste cadeautjes die jullie liefhebben c:
