Here's how I spend my December 31 and it was quite a dynamic one.

Packing (9:59 AM)
Just the essentials for 1 night stay over. The backpack is a great boyfriend by the way which I got it from Hong Kong.
Bundt cake & tea (10:21 AM)
Since I was staying over at my best friend I just can`t drop by empty handed so I`ve made a nice chocolate bundt cake. Bundt cakes are a great homemade food gifts in my opinion.
It`s easy, quick and it also looks pretty to the eye too.
Train life (12:05 PM)
Before I went over to my bestie`s home, I went to Rotterdam first and did some quick shopping and hoping to find something good and valuable in the after Christmas sale season. Here in the train on my way to Rotterdam I did the usual me-time. Here I was folding some origami stars which I haven`t done it in a long while. Very therapeutic.
Rotterdam Central station.
Me in Rotterdam (1:05 PM)
I went to Monki, Hutspot, 3x H&M, American Today, TK Maxx, Lush, C&A, Costes and 華南行.
Monki is one of my favorite clothing brand and also have a beaaautiful fitting room which makes it also my favorite too. Here I was trying out this grey wool coat that I almost bought but didn`t because it was too big.
Food break (3:27 PM)
Cappuccino & speculoos cookie followed by a quick sushi lunch.
Sumo Sushi Bar - Rotterdam - The Netherlands

This little sushi plate and a pot green tea was €10 in total. You can call it cheap or pricey but when I eat sushi I usually go for the all-you-can-eat system which is of course a lot more value in money so I call this lunch a slight pricey one.
Going home (5:22 PM)
It was time to be heading home and on my way back to the train station I saw this dude juggling with fire. Impressive!
Take away dindin, snacking & game (5:22 PM)
Arrived at my bestie`s place with food at last! My bestie`s boyfriend and baby sister whom I am friends with also stayed for the NYE.
After our dinner we had a fun evening with food, wine and card games until it was time to celebrate NYE with fireworks.
Cards Against Humanity card game.
Happy New Year (0:07 AM)
Buying legalized firework is still ok in Holland and so we fired some in the air.
Heck it was freezing and foggy that night but it was wonderful at the same time.
