Project: Healthy Sweet Potato Chips

EN

Sigh, the weather here in Holland has been a rollercoaster with thunder and rain, hail, more rain but also sunshine and all of this in the repeat mode. West Europe readers knows what I am talking about.

Another roller coaster happening in the EU is the unfortunate Brexit that you must have heard of. And because I don't politics at all lets quickly talk about something else: food!

Because another thing that is happening right now in the EU is the 2016 EU Football/Soccer and you always have food and drinks with sport seasons, right? Today I'm teaching you guys how to make this super easy, delicious and healthy sweet potato chips! Not just great for sport match events but basically for everything. Even on salads!

NL

1. Wash + scour thoroughly
2. Slice thinly
This is a job for my handy little mandoline slicer!
3. Add 1 tbsp. oil and your favorite seasonings
4. Bake at preheated 160°C oven for 14 min.
5. Let it cool down a couple of minutes to gain crispyness!
Enjoy!
Eat them like that or sprinkle them on top of your salad as (healthy) croutons! Yum!
