Hotspot: Boguette - Vietnamese Baguette

EN

A few weeks ago I’ve met up with my brother and we had dinner at Boguette, a small food place that specializes in Vietnamese baguettes also known as ‘bánh mì’. It seems all my visits to Vietnamese eatery are all located in small shops because remember Kimmade? But luckily Kimmade sure serves food with bold flavors and I hoped Boguette would too!

I actually have been to Boguette  2-3 years ago before with Carmen but we both only ordered the bubble teas. Now I came back for their baguettes and finally do a fuller hotspot-post about it!

WE HAVE ORDERED: 1 5-spice chicken bánh mì (Vietnamese baguette), 1 lemongrass tofu bánh mì, 1 tea, 1 cookie & cream flavored bubble tea.

My drink and food
I`ve picked the lemongrass tofu baguette which is also the only vegetarian option. As for my drink I went for their cookie & cream flavored bubble tea. An unusual flavor pick for my bubble tea and the taste reminds me more of a milk chocolate drink honestly but still pretty tasty. The lemongrass tofu baguette on the other hand is really delicious! And very spicy! In the older reviews some people complained about how skimpy the filling were inside the baguette but I think mine was well stuffed and importantly my belly too.

I rather have a free baguette but o well.
