2 Ways Healthy Pancakes

EN

At breakfast, are you eating with team sweet or with team savory? I’m 9 out of 10 with team sweet because I am and have a healthy sweettooth so I have made sweet banana pancakes that is gluten free and lactose free lately. And even sugar free is an option because thanks to the banana the pancake itself is sweet enough already.

So that’s team sweet! For team savory I have another healthy version of pancakes. And it has mushrooms in it! It’s gluten free, lactose free and even egg free.
Hopefully you try out my 2 easy pancakes!
It’s a recipe that is enough for 1-2 person.

Savory
100gr of any choice of flour (I`ve used buckwheat)
100ml water3-4 mushrooms
1 minced garlic clove
a handful of spring onions
salt
1. slice the mushroom thinly. I`ve used a mini mandoline!
2. add flour and water and combine well. Then add the sliced mushroom and the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly again.
3. heat up a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil on medium heat and once the pan is hot enough, drop 2 tbsp. of batter and bake for about 2 min on each sides.

Sweet
1 (ripe) banana
1 egg
2 tbsp. of any type of flour (I used cornflour/polenta)
pince of salt
1. mush the banana and once everything is mushed, add the egg and mix it with a whisk.
2. add the flour and salt to the batter and mix once again
3. heat up a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil on medium heat and once the pan is hot enough, drop 2 tbsp. of batter and bake for about 2 min on each sides.
