Christmas Mug Topper!

EN

Merry Christmas dearest readers! Here a really quick and last-minute Christmas post and perhaps a must-do too: a gingersyrupwaffle-bread house! Credits go to impeckableeats. I was totally blown away by this awesome mug topper because it’s made out of stroopwafel (Dutch syrup waffle) and who doesn’t love stroopwafel? I haven’t met anyone yet who dislike them. Ok, maybe if you happen to have a gluten allergy or have lactose intolerance then I have great news!
I’ve used gluten/wheat and lactose free stroopwafels!

I have to admit that impeckableeats’s house looks a lot better than mine (she got a working chimney!) but that’s ok. It’s about the taste right?
I have simplified my house and left out some ingredients too such as caramel and egg white.

Anyway it’s a fun and cute idea right? For more detailed instructions you go to here of course.
Again, merry Christmas! I see you in 2 days!

Nogmaals, fijne kerst! Tot over 2 dagen!

 3-4 stroopwafels will do
Sorry but I didn't use a ruler, I eye-balled everything until matches.

I've used gluten and lactose free stroopwafels, but you can of course use regular ones.
These gluten and lactose free stroopwafels taste pretty nice but it lacks that buttery flavor. It also pricier than the regular too.

  3. How cuuuute! I don't know if we have these where I am - the closest I can think of is wafer cookies that are sandwiched between cream filling! I wouldn't use a ruler either hehe. I think I'm just too lazy for that!
