Sketching and Searching 5

EN

Here a post with my most recent scribbles in sketchbook, scanned and edited in Photoshop.

Lets talk about pencils!
Lately I’ve been enjoying drawing with a mechanical pencil by the brand: a Muji 0,5mm and a Staedtler also a 0,5mm. Mechanical pencils have many perks and not just only sharpening free but it gives a nice consistency in lines and creating fine and soft opacity in my opinion too. And the mechanical pencils have been doing a great job in making fine shadings in my sketches lately.

Apart using mechanical pencils I can’t leave out the good ol’ wooden pencils and lately I’ve been drawing with the Sprout pencil (bought here!) and a Jumbo HB pencil by Staedler too. I try to draw with the Sprout pencil as much as possible because at the end tip there are thyme seeds that I want to sprout from. Pretty much the first reason why I bought this Sprout pencil really.

So that was my little pencil talk. Time to show you guys my latest pencil creations here below!

Even wat achtergrond info over mijn potloden!
