Project: Raspberry Coffee Cake
EN
Last week I baked a cake for
Fathers Day and it was a raspberry coffee cake with cream. I saw we had fresh
raspberries in the fridge which is rare to have them fresh and I’ve decided
to take advantage of it and use them in my baking!
It was unfortunately not
enough to make a tart filled with these berries on top because I had to throw
some of the moldy berries away, but it was enough for a coffee raspberry
cake! With a slight hint of cinnamon because I believe that coffee and
cinnamon are match for each other.

koffie is zo lekker samen!
