Project: banana cream spread (vegan!)
EN
I’ve always wanted to make
my own jams and spreads (peanut butter you are next) for my slice of bread and
today I’m gonna share you guys a vegan, lactose free + sugar free banana
cream spread! Or should I say ‘banana butter’?
Anyway, it’s sugar free
because the banana itself contains enough sugar already and I’ve used soy
cream to create that creamy texture and still vegan as well.
This banana creamy spread is
not only yummy on my toast, but also a great cake filling as well! I hope you’ll
try it out c: maybe a wonderful idea for the upcoming holiday seasons!

suikervrije romige bananen spread! Misschien is ‘bananenkaas’ een
toepasselijke naam?

- Mash the banana with a fork in a bowl and set aside.
- Whipping the cream: the colder the cream is the better, so start whipping when cream leaves the fridge with a handmixer. When it thickens up, add in the mashed banana and continue beating until soft peaks followed by high peaks!
Good luck!
Expire
date:
no longer than a week!

ReplyDeleteYum! Now I don't have to labor over cutting a banana into coin-shaped pieces whenever I want to have a bit of it on toast :) Have you ever tried making cookie butter? :D -Audrey | Brunch at Audrey's
