DIY: how I caramelize my pies

for leaving such sweet comments on my drawing from my previous post!
Today I’m sharing you a
secret. A secret of how I create that ‘caramelized’ effect on top of my
fluffy crochet pies. I don’t use any special colored yarn but only pastel and
a little bit of water!
Pastel is great and super versatile
and I it a lot in my other DIY projects like my miniature sculptures that are
made with FIMO clay. I really should getting my hands dirty again with FIMO…

allemaal bedanken voor zulke lieve reacties op mijn tekening van mijn vorige
post!
Vandaag heb ik een DIY voor
jullie petto. Eigenlijk een soort geheimpje die ik met jullie gaat delen: het
creëren van een 'gekarameliseerd'
effect op de top van deze pluizige gehaakte taartjes en vlaaitjes. Ik gebruik
geen speciale gekleurde garens, maar alleen pastel en een beetje water!
Pastel is geweldig en super
veelzijdig. Ik gebruik het vaak voor mijn andere DIY projecten zoals mijn
miniatuurtjes van FIMO klei. Ik moet denk ik mijn handen weer vuil maken met
FIMO, want dat heb ik al een tijdje niet meer mee gewerkt!
