Project: Red curry rice

EN

Being a foodie, it’s no secret that I love watching cooking shows and my most recent shows are: Masterchef New Zealand and Bake My Day. They are so inspiring and motivating! And I really want to be a judge :c please, I want to be a judge! I’ll be a super nice judge!

Anyway. Also recently I’ve made a yummy curry supper that I am sharing with you guys. Curry is in my book a great comforting food! Like chocolate.

I want!

Da Recipe: prepared cooked rice 1 cup, 2 tbsp. of red curry paste, ¼ cup green peas, 1 onion, 2 gloves of garlic, pepper & salt, 1 tsp. tumeric, 1 tsp. (brown) sugar, around 50 ml water
Optional, but I love eggplants so I had to saute them c:

 Da steps:

  1. Dice onion and garlic fine. Add oil to a wok/fry pan/skillet and saute the diced onion and garlic on medium heat.
  2. Add in the red curry paste, salt, pepper, tumeric and sugar and stir well with the onion & garlic. Add in the peas.
  3. Add the water. It should create a nice thick sauce. Cook it for 5 min tops and your red curry sauce should be ready c:
  4. Serve it with the prepared rice and enjoy ^_^
Good luck!
