Project: Easter Meringues

EN

It’s time to add on calories this weekend because it’s Easter, and usually with Easter I can’t help but to let myself go in the chocolate bunnies and delicious bread and rolls and stuff…

So for this years Easter DIY I came up with an quite easy DIY/recipe: meringue shell with sweet candy toppings. Mint flavored meringues. Which is in my opinion not a great treat for kids but I think it’s an indulging for adults as well!

Lets have fun with Easter!

(pssst, I’ve created a video for this recipe!) :D

NL

Da Recipe: 2 large eggwhites, ½ cup of super fine sugar, a few drops lemon juice. OPTIONAL: a few drops of mint essence, a few drops of blue & yellow food coloring

I'm having a deja vu moment here with the 'mint panna cotta' I once made here!

You can't go wrong with washi tapes really c:

Which one do you prefer?

Happy Easter!

  1. Superleuk!!
