Big Buddha, hi! 2

What I don't like is the smog that is covering Hong Kong. Even tho
it is not as bad as in China, its still unhealthy. Especially since
I've been living in the country-side forever, I'm basically a country
girl who needs her fresh ocean air with sweet grass smell everyday.

So I was glad to get away from the concrete jungle of Hong Kong
and going to Big Buddha that is surrounded with green forest.

Check out my 2nd batch of pictures!

Yeah strike that pose!

Believers.

Must..... buy this... and... eat this, this 'ping tong wu lou' or in English: frozen candied fruit! Yum!

Or frozen slices of pineapples c:

Stray cows everywhere. And thats why I don't eat beef you are too sweeeeeet.

Butterflies in HK are HUUUGE. Its scary.

Our way back, the weather really cleared up c:

  9. These pictures are simply fantastic! Glad that you were there and "escaped" from the concrete jungle! I have some
Buddha images at home. And Chinese pictures in general! Actually, I am and was always a big city girl, but for
some years I have discovered the pleasures of countryside places and now I am always eager to going back to the
places I have discovered! denisesplanet com

  15. The last few photos are super gorgeous!!!! What!? How come I didn't get to see any cows when I was there munching on grass, are you allowed to pet them? lol Whenever I watch those asian dramas set in ancient china and I see those "bing tong wu loh" I also always want to eat them, I don't think they're traditionally made of strawberry though haha

  19. AWWWWWW!!! Die laatste foto is echt too cute!!
