Food in Process: Orange Cake

Time to bake a cake! I wanted
to bake something exquisite, but I
haven't got the right ingredients at
home. And I didn't want to go
out in the cold weather to get
the ingredients..

But we have oranges at home!
And oranges are versatile!

Da Recipe: 1 large orange, 80 gr butter, 1 tbsp honey/golden syrup,
80 gr sugar, 2 small eggs, 60 gr plain flour, 60 gr selfraising
 flour. For size 8 pan
Don't mind me, I love eating cakes with a spoon haha...
Da Steps:
1. Pre-heat oven 160C degrees. Grease the pan with butter and honey/syrup.
2. Remove the white skin of the orange and chop it in half. Use 1 half and slice it into wedges.
3. Divide the orange wedges in the pan.
4. Grab the mixer and mix the butter & sugar fluffy.
5. Add the eggs one by one into the mixture. Mix.
6. Sieve the flour & selfraising flour into the mixture and fold.
7. With the other half of the orange, squeeze the juice into this mixture and scrape the fruit.
8. Fold well.
9. Pour the mixture into the pan. Bake for 55 minute in the oven. Let it cool down 10 minutes.

10. Serve the cake with honey/syrup and done! Good job c:
